Floors are constructed of pressure treated, construction grade 2” x 4”s, 12 inches on center with a 5/8” plywood tongue and groove decking. Walls are framed with stud grade 2” x 4”s, 16 inches on center. Roof framing is of construction grade 2” x 4”s, 24 inches on center with ½” exterior grade sheathing. The roof is finished with a baked enamel drip edge, 15# felt paper and 20 year warranty asphalt composite shingles. |
